Yes, I "hack" computers for a living. But that does not mean I am above doing tech support for mom, nor do I dress all in black and sit in the dark writing software and drinking Jolt. I grew up in New York City, but moved out to Seattle for fresh air, a change of pace, and to a start my own company with a few partners. Seattle's greatest features for me have to be the beautiful scenery and great access to outdoor activities. This winter I was stuck at home with a broken ankle and spent the whole time thinking about the hikes and backpacking trips i wanted to do. I love to travel and see the world, but it is somewhat lonely doing it on my own with no one to share my discoveries with. When I travel, I love to walk the streets and really see not just the sights but the day to day neighborhoods and activities of the locals. When I get home from work most days, unless I have plans, I prefer flipping on the TV or watching a movie. I try to always spend some time reading before bed, which is why most of my reading material tends towards lighter non-fiction or pulpy (Science Fiction) fare rather than mysteries or more intense fiction. Reading helps me relax and I always have a stack of books and magazines that I need to get to. In a match, I hope to find someone who can get me out of my shell.
