Q. What do The Color Code “Colors” represent?

The Color Code “Colors” represent the core underlying motives that drive people’s behavior. There are four Colors and they each represent a different personality type. The Color Code is not a matching system because any two Colors can have a successful relationship. Instead, the Color Code is designed to help you build stronger and more meaningful relationships by giving you the tools to understand what drives the behavior of yourself and others.

The “Color Code” tab on member profiles compares both of your Colors, wants, needs and natural gifts. Here’s a very brief explanation of what each color represents:

Red “The Power-Wielders”: Core motive = Power, or the ability to move from "a" to "b" as efficiently as possible.
Blue “The Do-Gooders”: Core motive = Intimacy, this doesn't mean sex, but rather the need to connect, share feelings, and build relationships with others.
White “The Peacekeepers”: Core motive = Peace, or calmness even in the midst of conflict or clarity in the midst of confusion.
Yellow “The Fun-Lovers”: Core motive = Fun, or always enjoying the moment.
